Nick is involved in building acoustics projects of all types and scales specialising in cinemas, films studios, semi-conductor manufacturing facilities, educational, residential and hotel buildings amongst others.

Joining Sharps Redmore back in 2007, Nick was appointed a Director in 2020 and has worked on a wide range or project types both in the UK and internationally.

Nick has always had a strong interest in the technical aspects of music and audio, becoming interested in acoustics as part of his undergraduate Audio & Music technology studies and after working in sound engineering moved into Acoustic Consultancy.

Nick has a PhD for his research related to school acoustics and has published a number of scientific papers on his research, as well as presenting at acoustics conferences around the world.

Nick holds Chartered Engineer status and is a member of a number of international acoustics organisations including holding Fellowship of the Institute of Acoustics.
