Meridian Water

Meridian Water is a large-scale 20 year regeneration project in the London Borough of Enfield which will create 10,000 homes and 6,000 jobs.

Sharps Redmore were instructed by Vistry Partnerships to carry out an assessment to provide design advice for this development, with particular regard to the internal noise levels within properties and plant noise emissions. At this stage, Meridian Water is an ongoing development, but residents have begun moving into homes that were built as part of Meridian One.

The Meridian Water scheme not only aims to provide housing for families, but students and young people too, with an emphasis on building homes that are affordable for the future generation of home owners. The scheme also hopes to create a sense of community within their developments, by ensuring homes are served by local commercial and community spaces for residents to enjoy.
