Plaistow Hub

Plaistow Hub, completed in spring 2024, is a development of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments located in the London Borough of Newham.

The striking new apartment building is located next to the Plaistow underground station, and offers 100 new homes to rent over 23 floors. Residents also have access to a new local centre, with a library, supermarket, gym and café.

Sharps Redmore were involved from the planning stages through to construction for Plaistow Hub, providing design advice and helping this building reach the BREEAM standard “Very Good”.

This development was purpose built for social housing, and is now welcoming local residents into the neighbourhood.
