The Strand-Liverpool

21 Strand Street, Liverpool, now known as The Copper House, is an apartment building that looks over the Salthouse Quay in Liverpool City Centre.

This stunning and modern apartment building is in close proximity to the Royal Albert Dock with it’s museums, bars and cafes, and to the high-end shopping experience of Liverpool One. Plus, the building boasts amazing views over the Quay and historic city.

Sharps Redmore were part of the development stage of this project, advising on the acoustic design for the 383 apartments including meeting sound insulation requirements, limiting plant noise levels and reducing the sound on the roof where there is a private roof garden for residents.
